Cuisine inspired by the landscape

At Narbasu, our cuisine is rooted in tradition—homemade, comforting, and deeply connected to the land—preserving the same spirit we had when we opened Casa Marcial in 1993.

We strive to create a menu filled with ingredients we know intimately, those that have been part of our home since childhood. Our commitment remains to work with local farmers, ranchers, and artisans, always honoring the exceptional ingredients they provide while supporting the development of rural communities.

Traditional Menu

Following the rhythm set by nature and cooking with the seasons has always been common sense for Esther and Nacho Manzano.

If there is one thing the siblings were sure of from the very beginning, it was the idea of dedicating a large part of the palace estate to creating and cultivating a vegetable garden that could supply the restaurant, even providing fruits and vegetables to the other restaurants in the group such as Casa Marcial, Gloria, or Nastura. Having such close access to the ingredients that nourish Narbasu’s menu is the true luxury of cooking in the heart of nature.

Our Suppliers

After so many years of working with the majority of them, our suppliers, producers, and artisans have become like family.

Our goal is to supply Narbasu with the best of Asturias and continue contributing to rural development.
